摘要
目的:为解决中药饮片在基层医疗卫生机构使用过程中存在的问题提出对策和建议,促进合理用药。方法:调查哈尔滨市几家基层医疗卫生机构使用中药饮片的情况,分析中药饮片在基层医疗卫生机构使用过程中存在的问题。结果与结论:中药饮片列入《国家基本药物目录》必须要确保质量,国家应尽快出台与基本药物相适应的配套政策文件,指导合理用药。
OBJECTIVE： To provide countermeasures and suggestions for the application of TCM decoction pieces in primary health care institution, and to promote rational drug use. METHODS： The investigation was conducted about the application of TCM decoction piece in several primary health care institutions in Harbin, and the problems of TCM decoction piece used in prima- ry health care institution were analyzed. RESULTS ＆ CONCLUSIONS： If TCM decoction piece is included in National Essential Drug List, the quality of it should be ensured and supporting policy management documents compatible with the essential drugs should be formulated as soon as possible to guide rational drug use.
