摘要
指出了电子开关接插件对镀银层的要求,介绍了接插件滚镀银的工艺,其流程包括:化学除油,滚光除油,无烟光亮酸洗,预镀银,光亮镀银,浸保护剂,烘干,检验,包装。给出了各工序的工艺条件、控制要点、常见故障的解决措施及不合格镀银层的退除和银回收的方法。
The requirements of silver coating for electronic switch connector were pointed out. A process for barrel silver plating on surface of electronic switch connector was introduced. The process flow mainly includes chemical degreasing, barrel degreasing, yellow fume-free bright pickling, silver pre-plating, bright silver plating, dipping in protective agent, drying, inspection, and packaging. The technological conditions of individual procedure, key control points, countermeasures for common troubles, and methods for stripping unqualified silver coating and recycling silver were given.
