摘要
提出了一种基于小波变换的电力系统振荡与故障的识别算法。该算法能正确区分纯振荡与故障 ,避免保护误动 ,在振荡过程中发生故障特别是轻微故障时 ,亦能迅速识别 ,其性能优于取传统的振荡闭锁方案。用EMTP仿真各种振荡和故障得到的结果对所提算法的有效性进行了检验 ,结果表明 :所提出的算法可以保证振荡与故障的正确识别 ,其在微机保护装置中具有实时应用的前景。
A new scheme to distinguish swing and faults occurring in transmission lines is proposed based on an orthogonal wavelet transform. The EMTP simulation results show that the faults during power swing can be identified correctly by use of the algorithm so that the protection need not to be blocked during system swing. Also, the algorithm is easy to be realized in the real\|time process.
