摘要
目的:了解某三甲医院抗糖尿病药的使用情况及发展趋势,为医院药品管理和临床合理使用该类药品提供参考。方法:应用用药频度(DDDs)及限定日费用(DDC)排序法,对该院2008—2010年抗糖尿病药的使用情况进行统计、分析。结果:抗糖尿病药结构相对稳定,DDDs逐年增长,常用品种的DDC未见明显变化,3年来,预混型胰岛素稳居胰岛素制剂第1位,国产的格列美脲稳居口服抗糖尿病药第1位。结论:该院抗糖尿病药应用呈增长趋势,常用品种的DDC保持稳定;抗糖尿病药临床应用结构稳定合理,符合我国及世界卫生组织(WHO)的抗糖尿病用药指导原则。
OBJECTIVE： To investigate the status quo and tendency of the use of antidiabetic drugs in a Three-A grade hospital to provide reference for hospital drug management and rational use of antidiabetic drugs.METHODS： The utilization of antidiabetic drugs in the hospital from 2008 to 2010 was analyzed statistically in respect of ranking in DDDs and DDC.RESULTS： The utilization structure of antidiabetic drugs was stable but with year-on-year increase in DDDs,yet the DDC of commonly used antidiabetic drugs demonstrated little change.In these 3 years,premixed insulin dominated the first place of all the insulin preparations,and domestic glimepiride always took the first place among all the oral antibdiabetic drugs.CONCLUSION： The consumption of antidiabetic drugs in this hospital was on the rise.The DDC of the commonly used antidiabetic drugs was stable.The utilization structure of the antidiabetic drugs was stable and rational and basically in line with guidelines for the utilization principle of antidiabetic drugs recommended in both China and WHO.
