摘要
脑梗死是目前严重危害老年人健康的疾病之一,早期诊断、及时有效的治疗对其预后有着重要的意义。磁敏感加权成像(SWI)可以清晰地显示脑静脉血管及病灶内的出血灶,特别是对微出血的检出具有明显的优势,能为脑梗死的诊断提出更多有价值的信息。现对SWI在反映脑梗死演变过程、显示脑血凝块、检测脑梗死后出血及评价梗死周围组织活性方面的临床应用进行文献回顾,同时提出SWI技术在脑梗死应用中的优势与不足。
Cerebral infarction is one of the serious diseases endangering the health of the elderly, while early diagnosis and effective treatment have important significance on prognosis. Susceptibility-weighted ima- ging(SWI) can show the cerebral veins and hemorrhage within the lesion clearly ,with especially obvious ad- vantage in detection of micro-bleeding. The SWI can offer more valuable information for the diagnosis of cere- bral infarction. Here is to make a review on the clinical application of SWI sequence in terms of reflecting the evolution of cerebral infarction, showing blood clot in the brain, detecting the hemorrhagic infarction, evalua- ting the activity of tissues surrounding cerebral infarction, pointing out the advantages and disadvantages of SWI technology in the applications of the cerebral infarction.
