摘要
目的:观察术前甘油灌肠促进腹部术后胃肠功能恢复情况。方法:收集102例腹部手术患者,随机分为对照组与灌肠组,观察两组患者术后肛门排气时间、术后排便时间与术后肠鸣音恢复时间;观察两组患者术后胃肠道不良反应发生率、便秘发生率以及术后3d进食量。结果:与对照组相比,灌肠组患者术后肛门排气时间与术后排便时间均明显缩短,其差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照组相比,灌肠组患者术后胃肠道不良反应及便秘发生率显著下降,且均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);灌肠组患者术后3d进食量显著增加,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:术前行甘油灌肠可以促进腹部手术患者术后胃肠功能恢复。
Objective： To observe the effect of preoperational glycerin enema on regeneration of gastrointestinal function after abdominal surgery. Method： Selected 102 cases who received abdominal surgery,They＇re divided into control group and enema group randomly. Recorded thepostoperational anal exsufflation time, postoperative bowel sounds, regeneration time and postoperational defecation time. Incidence of gastro- intestinal adverse reactions and intake amount for 3 days after surgeries were also recorded. Result： Compared with control group, postoperational anal exsufflation time and post operational defecation time were shortened significantly in enema group （ P〈0.05 ） ; Incidence of gastrointestinal adverse reactions were lowered significantly （ P〈0.05 ） , intake amount for 3 days after surgery was more than that of control group significantly（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Preoperational enema could facilitate rehabilitation of gastrointestinal function after abdominal operations.
