摘要
本工程为某城中村改造地下车库项目,建筑面积为5万m2,地下车库楼板采用建设部科技成果重点推广的现浇钢筋混凝土空心楼盖技术,采用国家推行的绿色建筑材料———高强度轻质芯模。为工程节省了大量的混凝土,减轻了楼板的重量,工程造价节约13%。
The project,the transformation of the underground garage in an urban village,covering 50,000 square meters,adopts the hollow cast-in-place reinforced concrete floor promoted by the Ministry of Construction as chief scientific and technological achievements for its floor and the national green material,high-strength light mandrel,which saves lots of concrete and reduces the weight of the floor with a cost reduction by 13 percent.
