高压水合物浆液多相流动实验相分率测量设计 被引量:1

摘要 相分率是多相流工艺计算中一个非常重要的参数,准确地测量相分率对于建立预测精度较高的多相流计算模型具有重要意义。为了可以在新建成的高压水合物实验环路上对其管内流体的相分率进行实时在线的测量,采用3台单能伽玛传感器分别进行离线标定测量与实时在线测量,通过环路自身的数据采集系统(DAQ)与单能信号采集系统(DAU)对测量数据进行采集,并输入到离线计算软件中进行计算得出管内流体的相分率。初步实验证明此设计具有较好的适用性且测量精度较理想。 Phase fraction is one of the most important parameters of multiphase flow computation, so it is fundamentally significant to measure the phase fraction precisely for building a multiphase flow computational model which can bring a relatively accurate forecasting. In order to measure the phase fraction of the fluid within the newly built high pressure hydrate loop, three gamma sensors are used, which can only radiate and receive only one energy grade gamma ray to measure the phase fraction separately by off-line demarcating and on-line real time surveying. The DAQ &DAU systems to gather the measured data and transfer the measured data to an off line computing software to calculate the phase fraction. The tentative experiment has proven that the design has a better applicability and can provide a more accurate measurement.
