摘要
目的:优选复方制剂舒肺贴中芫花、延胡索等药物的提取工艺。方法:采用单因素考察、正交试验,以高效液相色谱法测定提取液中芫花素的含量,优选最佳提取工艺。结果:70%乙醇10倍量回流提取3次,每次1 h为最佳提取工艺。结论:优化后的工艺合理、稳定、可行,适于舒肺贴中芫花等药物的精制提取。
Objective：To optimize the extraction technology of some ingredients of the compound preparation of Shufei Paste such as Daphne genkwa and Rhizoma Corydalis. Methods：Single factor investigation and orthogonal experiment method were used and I-IPLC was adopted to determine the content of genkwanin in extract and to optimize the best extraction technology. Results ：The best extracting technology was as follows 10 times the amount of reflux of 70% ethanol was extracted for three times with each for 1 h as the optimum extraction. Conclusion：The optimized extractrion technology is reasonable, stable and feasible for the extraction and refinement of some ingredients such as Daphne genkwa from Shufei Paste.
