摘要
农村地区为我国改革开放做出重要贡献,但与城市相比,农村地区共享改革发展成果方面相对不足,且农村地区之间共享改革发展成果不平衡。促进农村地区共享改革发展成果,是构建社会主义和谐社会、建设社会主义新农村的要求,这一目标的实现既要有外部政策的支持和城市、工业的带动,也要求农村从自身出发,从根本上提高自身享受改革发展成果的能力。
Rural areas have made an important contribution to China＇s reform and opening-up, but there are still problems in sharing the achievements. On one hand, compared to cities, rural areas haven＇t had their share in the achievements of development and reform; on the other hand, there is regional imbalance between rural areas to share the achievements of development and reform. To fully realize the achievement-sharing for rural areas is the request of building a harmonious socialisi society and a new socialist countryside. To achieve this goal, the support of external policy is needed, together with the impetus provided by cities and industry. Besides, rural areas should improve their abilities fundamentally to enjoy the share of achievements of development and reform.
