摘要
问诊技能是医患沟通的重要手段之一,对于心理诊疗过程来说尤为重要。采用角色扮演教学法在《心理诊断学》的教学中进行问诊技能的训练,改善了传统教学模式下的理论课宣讲过多、实践体验少的现状。角色扮演法能使学生在沟通技巧、问诊思路、问诊步骤等方面有一个直观地体验,在此基础上再结合点评和总结,及时发现操作中的不当之处并加以改进,可以有效地提升学生问诊的操作技能水平。
Inquiry skill is one of the important means of doctor-patient communications,especially for diagnosis or therapy of clinical psychology.Role play used in inquiry skills training of Psychodiagnosis improved the actuality of too much theory teaching and insufficient practice with the traditional teaching mode.Role play enables students to have a real-life experience regarding communicative skills,inquiry thought and inquiry procedure.On this basis,role play combined with lesson comments and summary can improve students' inquiry-related operative skills in that improper operation can be discovered and corrected timely.
