摘要
EPC工程总承包是国际上通行的一种工程建设模式,其利润丰厚,同时风险也很大。为保证总承包项目运作成功,结合实际EPC工程总承包项目,认真分析风险因素,提出了风险管理应采取的策略和措施。
EPC contracting serves as the prevailing mode for many projects in the world. It can make bumper profit and also has great risk during whole process. To ensure a successful general contracting project, this paper tries to analyze the risk factors basedon actual project and come up with related strategies and measures for risk management.
