摘要
较一般的规划项目而言,旅游地产项目往往具有更多的业态形式和更复杂的设计要素。因此,在规划设计开展之前,制定一条科学、严谨、有效的技术路线是非常必要的。云南曲靖温泉组团项目通过借鉴大量成功经验,结合项目自身资源特点,提出"循环互动"的设计策略。同时,结合项目前期研究成果,提出"生态先导"和"文化注入"两大设计策略,为项目规划设计成果编制奠定了基础。
Tourism real estate planning has more format forms and design elements than other general planning,so a scientific,rigorous and effective technological way is necessary at the beginning of planning.Yunnan Qujing hot spring group planning references the succeed experience and combines its recourse characteristics,proposes the ＂Circulate and interaction＂ strengths;combine the prophase research result,proposes the ＂Ecology guide＂ and ＂Culture inject＂ strengths,offers the necessary premise and base of the planning and design result.
