摘要
指出生态环境规划是实现社会、经济和环境协调发展的重要途径,然而对生态环境问题的研究及解决必然涉及到复杂、敞开的信息系统,计算机信息技术的迅猛发展给传统的生态规划理论和方法注入了新的活力。概述了国内外生态规划相关研究进展,主要归纳了国内计算机信息技术对生态规划区域现状数据资料处理的研究应用,以及计算机技术在对生态规划现状分析的基础上,建立了相应的生态规划技术方法的综述。
The planning of eco-environment is an important way to achieve the coordination of society,economy and environment,however,the studies and settlement of eco-environmental problems must involve a complicated and open information system,and at the same time,the rapid development of IT technology has injected fresh vitality to the traditional theory and methods of ecological planning.This article introduced the related research progress on ecological planning both at home and abroad,and then summarized the applications of IT technology in the processing of ecological planning data and the analysis of ecological planning status in China,and finally established related planning methods.
