摘要
以高校教学型实验室为研究对象,从实验室综合管理、实验教学、实验室科研三个方面确定了16项绩效指标,构建了教学型实验室绩效评估指标体系,并利用综合指数法进行了评估计算.结果表明:实验室各项指标相对较高的,其实验室最后的整体评价结果也较高,该指标体系体现了教学型实验室的整体运行特点,有利于学校、实验室根据评价结果发现自身发展中存在的问题,并有针对性地解决问题,有利于实验室科学化、规范化管理.
The paper structures the performance evaluation index system of teaching-oriented university laboratories according to the comprehensive management, experiment teaching, scientific research of the laboratories. The evaluation index system includes sixteen indicators which reflect the major aspects of the teaching-oriented laboratories objectively. The paper has also made some relative calculations with a comprehensive index method according to the evaluation index system. The results show that the index system is suitable for the teaching-oriented university laboratories and can help the laboratories find their problems existing according to the evaluation results and is thus beneficial for their scientific and standardized man- agement.
