摘要
辅酶Q_(10)注射液稳定性很差,在贮存过程中易析出沉淀,含量下降快,有效期仅半年左右,为此我们进行了处方及工艺的改进。新处方注射液稳定性好,溶液澄明无刺激性,有效期可达2年以上。
Co-enzyme Q_(10) injection is unstable and mayprecipitate after storage at room temperature. and itsvalidity can conserve only within half a year. Wedeveloped a new prescription,which keeps the potencyat room temperature for more than 2 years.
