摘要
利用固定床反应器对一系列自制催化剂Ni-Cu/SrCeO3在乙醇水蒸气重整制氢反应中的催化性能进行考察,研究活性金属Ni的负载量、反应温度、水醇比对催化剂活性的影响。实验结果表明,Ni负载量为10%(质量分数)的催化剂Ni-Cu/SrCeO3在乙醇重整制氢中表现出最佳催化活性,当反应温度为650℃,水醇比为8时,氢选择性达到最大值87.3%。
Generation of hydrogen by steam reforming of ethanol over a series of self-made Ni-Cu/SrCeO3 catalysts was studied in a bench scale fixed-bed reactor. Effects of water to ethanol ratio, reaction temperature, and the loaded weight of Ni on the performance of Ni-Cu/SrCeO3 catalysts were examined. The results showed that the Ni-Cu/SrCeO3 catalyst with Ni loaded weight 10% is superior to other catalysts. Under the conditions of water to ethanol ratio 8 and reaction temperature 650℃, selectivity of H2 reaches the highest of 87.3%.
