摘要
第四方物流运营平台作为信息时代的必然产物,在物流运营的各个方面都发挥着不可或缺的作用。通过分析国内第四方物流运营平台发展的现状,文中认为有必要对南京建设第四方物流运营平台进行系统的规划。文中以南京市为例,提出了第四方物流运营平台的一般建设过程,以供借鉴。
The Fourth Party Logistics Operating Platform（FPLOP）,as an inevitable production in the information era,plays a vitally important role in logistics operation.Though analyzing in the domestic development of the FPLOP in recent years,it is worthwhile to describe a general process in the construction of the FPLOP depend on the example of Nanjing.
