微创治疗复杂分型胫骨平台骨折的分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的评价微创方法治疗Schatzker Ⅵ型胫骨平台骨折的疗效。方法自2007年10月至2011年10月采用微创技术治疗闭合性Schatzker Ⅵ型胫骨平台骨折患者20例。结果所有患者均获得5~24个月(平均11.7个月)随访,16例患者均一期愈合,愈合时间为3~7个月(平均4.2个月),2例患者干骺端出现延迟愈合,2例患者出现骨不愈合,经再次小切口植骨治疗后愈合。无严重并发症发生。术后Lysholm膝关节功能评分结果显示:优12例,良5例,可3例,优良率85%。结论微创治疗复杂胫骨平台骨折能减少手术损伤、精确复位关节面骨折并早期有效处理关节内相关结构损伤,减少治疗并发症,提高临床疗效。 Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of the minimally invasive treatment for Schatzker VI type tibial plateau fractures. Methods 20 patients with Schatzker VI type tibial plateau fracture were treated with minimally invasive technique. Results All patients were followed up for 5 - 24 months. The resUlts showed 16 cases of primary healing with healing time of 3 - 7 months, 2 cases of delayed union of metaphysis and 2 cases of bone nonunion. No serious complication was found. The postoperative knee functional scores showed 12 cases of excellent, 5 cases of good and 3 cases of common with the excellent and good rate of 85%. Conclusions The minimally invasive treatment for complex tibial plateau fractures can reduce the operation injury, accurate reduction of articular surface fracture and early.effective treatment of intra-articular related structural damage, reduce the complications and improve clinical curative effect.
