摘要
该文采用AMESim仿真软件对某种车架铆接机液压系统进行仿真分析。仿真结果中液压泵在工进与增压转换时刻输出压力波动剧烈。在原系统加入蓄能器进行改进并分析蓄能器参数对系统的影响规律,最后选取一组合理蓄能器参数完成对仿真系统的改进。
The hydraulic pressure system of one kind of riveting equipment for truck frame assemble is simulated by AMESim simulation software. The output pressure fluctuation of the hydraulic pump is large at the time of switching between 'gong jin'and 'zeng ya'. To reduce pressure fluctuation, accumulator is added to the original hydraulic system and its influence law is studied. At last, The original system is improved by selecting suitable accumulator parameters.
