摘要
基于刀型截齿切割破碎煤岩过程的特点,应用拉破坏理论建立了刀型截齿切割破碎煤岩的理论模型,从而推导出了刀型截齿硬质合金齿尖所必须露出齿身长度的理论表达式和切槽间距最佳值的理论表达式。这些理论推导对生产实际具有一定指导意义。
Based on the speciality of coal breakage when it was cut by picks, the mechanical models were built according to coal tension strength. The mathematical equations of length of carbide-tipped cutter bit that is essential for picks and merit of cutting distance were derived. It was found that these equations are applicable for production.
