咖啡酸苯乙酯(CAPE)的抗肿瘤作用及其机制的研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 研究表明蜂胶具有抗氧化,调节血脂、血压、血糖,辅助保护胃黏膜以及抗炎、抗肿瘤等的作用,尤其是其抗肿瘤的作用近年来受到学者们的广泛关注。咖啡酸苯乙酯(caffeicacid phenethylester,CAPE)是蜂胶的主要酚类活性成分,具有广泛的药理学活性,也是蜂胶主要的抗肿瘤成分之一,通过抑制多种肿瘤细胞生长、分化、增殖,促肿瘤细胞凋亡对肿瘤细胞发挥特定的杀伤作用。因此,CAPE具有广阔的医疗应用前景。近年来,国内外学者对CAPE的抗肿瘤机制进行了较广泛的研究,从不同角度阐明其抗肿瘤的作用。本文拟对CAPE的抗肿瘤作用及其作用机制的研究新进展进行综述。 It had been demonstrated that propolis possessed various physiological activities such as antioxidation,regulating serum lipids,blood pressure and blood glucose,protection of gastric mucosa,anti-inflammatory as well as antitumor and so on.Especially its activity of antitumor received more and more attention in recent years.As the major phenolic active components in propolis,Caffeic acid phenethylester(CAPE) possessed various pharmacological activities and was one of the major antineoplastic ingredients.CAPE played specific killing effects on tumor cells through inhibiting the growth,differentiation and proliferation,and promoting the apoptosis of various tumor cells.So CAPE was considered to have wide medical application prospects.In recent years,extensive researches were focused on the antineoplastic mechanisms of CAPE,in order to expound its anti-tumor role in various ways.This paper was aimed to review the research progress of the antineoplastic effects and mechanisms of CAPE.
