摘要
目的对采用替米沙坦对患有轻中度高血压的患者进行治疗的临床效果进行研究分析。方法抽取74例患有轻中度高血压的临床确诊患者病例,将其分为A、B两组,平均每组37例。分别采用依那普利和替米沙坦进行治疗。结果 B组患者治疗的总体有效率明显高于A组患者;该组患者在治疗过程中的安全性明显优于A组患者,出现并发症和不良反应现象的人数明显少于A组患者。结论采用替米沙坦对患有轻中度高血压的患者进行治疗的临床效果非常明显。
Objective To be used with telmisartan on mild to moderate essential hypertension patients were clinical therapeutic effect analysis.Methods Selected 74 cases with mild to moderate hypertension patients with clinically diagnosed cases,which can be divided into A,B two group,average each of 37 cases.Using enalapril and telmisartan treatment.Results In the B group patients overall efficiency was higher than that in group A patients;this group of patients during treatment of safety was higher than that in group A patients,complications and adverse phenomenon are less likely than patients in the A group.Conclusion The effect of telmisartan on patients suffering from mild to moderate hypertension patients under treatment clinical effect is very obvious.
