摘要
研究冲厕沼液曝氧法除臭对厌氧发酵产气的影响。结果表明,曝氧法除臭能使冲厕沼液中溶氧量明显升高,最高达到φ=2.1%;长期用曝氧法除臭的沼液冲厕,回流至厌氧发酵池中后会使其料液溶氧量微量升高而影响发酵产气,最高至φ=0.6%,其累计产气量比对照少10.8m3,沼气中CH4体积分数比对照低3.26%,且差异达到显著水平;溶氧量升高的冲厕沼液随粪尿进行酸化处理后溶氧量降低至φ=0.4%,有效地降低了冲厕沼液中的溶氧量,能够消除对厌氧发酵产气的影响;冲厕过程也能使冲厕沼液中的溶氧量升高,最大可以升高0.3%;料液溶氧量的微量升高不会终止发酵过程和改变厌氧发酵产气的一般规律。
The core of the implementing new rural health new campus construction is the biogas system, one of its functions is to use slurry for flushing. However, long-term slurry flushing lead to the odor gas concentration in the toilet too high to reach the standards of sanitary latrines. The oxygen exposure method can deodorize the flushing slurry but will increase the flushing slurry dissolved oxygen. The results showed that flushing slurry oxygen exposure method can significantly increase dissolved oxygen in the slurry, up to 2. 1% ; long-term using the oxygen exposure method deodorized flushing slurry, when it flew back to the anaerobic fermentation tanks, the dissolved oxygen of the liquids increased up to 0.6% and the gas production was affected, total gas production were 10.8 m^3 less than the control, and the percentage of CH4 in the gas was 3.26 % lower than the control, and the difference reached a significant level; acidification treatment of the flushing slurry can reduce dissolved oxygen to 0.4 %, effectively reduced the dissolved oxygen and eliminated the impact on anaerobic fermentation gas production; the dissolved oxygen in slurry can increase up to 0.3% in the process of flushing; the slight increasing of the liquid dissolved oxygen did not terminate the process of fermentation or change the general law of anaerobic gas production.
