摘要
农民作为农业生产的主体,其科技素质的高低直接影响农业的现代化进程。欠发达地区处于农业现代化的初级阶段,也是关键时期,因此,研究欠发达地区农民的科技素质,对发展现代农业有重要的现实意义。文章采用定性与定量分析相结合的方法,阐述了欠发达地区农民科技素质(包括科技意识、科技知识和科技运用能力)的现状;从主客观条件出发,分析影响欠发达地区农民科技素质提高的因素;从紧抓农民培训、建立产业基地、加强农村建设、发展农业合作组织、增加农业科技投资等方面出发,探索提高欠发达地区农民科技素质的途径。
The main part of agricultural production, the farmera science and technology quality directly affects the agricultural modernization. UnderdevelOped region in China is at the primary Stage of agricultural modernization. Therefore, the research of farmer technical quality has important practical significance for development of modern agriculture. Based On.a Combination, of qnalitative ,and quantitative analysis, the paper described the farmers technological quality ( including agricultural science and technology awarehess scientific knowledge, technological proficiency), analyzed the factors that influence the farmers technologaeal quality. Based on this, the paper proposed Some effective ways to improve technical quality.
