摘要
从专业教师的视角跟踪调查宁波职业技术学院模具专业毕业生的就业情况,结果显示:用人单位最满意学生的素质为敬业精神、团队意识、诚实守信;基本满意的素质为专业素质和交际沟通能力。学生认为在校对自己工作影响较大的教学环节是"顶岗实习",认为比较有用的是"专业课程"和"基础课程",认为没用的是"毕业设计"。为此,建议模具专业在培养目标定位上不能仅仅局限于模具岗位,应该定位于大机械岗位,解决学生专业面过窄和创新能力欠缺的问题,同时重点设计顶岗实习教学环节。
According to the tracking survey for the employment status of graduates of mould specialty in Ningbo vocation al and technical school from the perspective of professional teacher,it can be found that the employing units are most sat isfied with the professional dedication,team awareness as well as honesty and credit,while are basically satisfied with the professional quality and communication competencies in the qualities of students.And the students think that the teaching step having a great influence on their own work is the"post practice",the more useful teaching steps are the"special ized courses"and"foundation courses",while the useless teaching step is the"graduation thesis".Therefore,the orienta tion of cultivation objectives should not only be restricted to mould post,but also contain the big mechanical post to solve students’problems including the narrow specialty range and the shortage of innovation ability,besides,the teaching steps of post practice should be taken as a emphasis to design.
