摘要
目的了解医院护理人员血源性职业暴露防护现状,有针对性采取防范措施。方法采用问卷调查法,调查85名护理人员职业防护现状。结果血源性职业暴露防护现状不容乐观,在进行抽血注射等操作时正确防护率2.4%,接触患者前洗手为64.7%,正确洗手率17.7%,单手回套针帽40.0%,用工具分离针头29.4%,接触污物时戴手套94.1%,护士职业暴露后处理流程正确92.9%。结论护理人员血源性职业暴露的防护意识欠缺,加强职业防护教育,规范操作行为,配备防护用品,合理调配护理人力资源,建立健康档案,可有效地避免或减少护理人员被血源性疾病感染。
OBJECTIVE To understand the status of protection of blood-borne occupational exposure to nursing staff and take targeted preventive measures.METHODS A questionnaire survey of the current status of occupational protection of 85 nursing staff was conducted.RESULTS The status of protection of blood-borne occupational exposure was not optimistic,the rate of correct protection as the blood injection and other operations was 2.4%,washing hands before contacting with patients was 64.7%,the rate of proper hand washing was 17.7%,one-hand needle cap back 40.0%,separating needles with tolls 29.4%,wearing gloves as contacting contaminated objects 94.1%,reasonable disposal after occupational exposure to nurses 92.9%.CONCLUSION The awareness of blood-borne occupational exposure to nursing staff is insufficient;to strengthen the education of occupational protection,equip with protective supplies,deploy the nursing staff resources reasonably,and establish health records file can effectively prevent or reduce the blood-borne diseases away from the nursing staff.
