摘要
为提高检测洋葱中农药残留的准确性,探讨用GC-MS/MS检验29种农药的方法。试验结果表明:GC-MS/MS法可同时测定洋葱中的29种农药残留,在0.001~0.500mg/L质量浓度范围内,线性关系良好,相关系数为0.9870~0.9987,相对标准偏差小于8.3%;加标回收率为79.6%~102.1%;检出限为0.01~1.42μg/kg。
In order to improve the accuracy of inspection of pesticide residues in onions, a method based on gas chromatography-tandem mass speeh'ometry (GC-MS/MS) was developed for the determination of 29 pesticide residues in onion. The experimental results show that the method of GC-MS/MS can identify the 29 pesticide residues in onions. Within the mass concentration of 0.001 ~0.500 mg/L, the calibration curves showed a good linearity for all the congeners (0.987 0~0.998 7). The relative standard deviations were below 8.3% and the spiked recoveries were in the range of 79.6%~102.1%. Limits of detection ranged from 0.01 to 1.42 μg/kg.
