本文对蜜饯食品的真空加工技术进行了试验研究 ,介绍了设备的结构和工作原理 。
This article researched the technology of sweetmeats vacuum processing, and introduced the structure and working principle of the equipment. In vacuum condition, processing method of material were put forward.
