摘要
"90后"大学生已成为高校的主力军,具有鲜明时代特点。高校在学生社区开展工作时,应根据当前学生思想政治教育向社区延伸的新问题,把握学生的特征,结合学生社区的工作特点,在社区建设、理念创新、队伍建设等方面做好高校学生社区思想政治教育工作。
College students＇ after 90s have become the main force of colleges and universities. They have distinctive characteristics of the times. When carrying out educational works in students＇ community, students＇ personalities should be paid attention to as ideological and political education has a trend to extend into community. In addition, college students＇ ideological and political education should be enhanced from community building, conceptual innovation and counselor team construction based on the work characteristics of student community.
