摘要
目的:探讨干预措施在抗菌药物临床应用中的有效性和可行性。方法:以随机抽样法抽取2008年住院病历1 224份和2009年住院病历1 893份进行统计分析。结果:抗菌药物使用率、联合用药、围术期预防用药等方面在干预前后的差异有统计学意义。结论:加强对抗菌药物临床应用的考核,将考核结果公示并与质控挂钩,对规范临床医生选择抗菌药物有一定作用。
OBJECTIVE：To discuss the effectiveness and feasibility of the intervention measures aimed at antibiotic use.METHODS： 1 224 medical records during 2008 and 1 893 during 2009 were collected for statistical analysis.RESULTS： There were statistically significant differences before and after intervention in rate of antibiotic use,drug combination and perioperative prophylactic use of antibiotics etc.CONCLUSION： Strengthening examination on clinical application of antibiotics,announcing the results of the examination and correlating it to quality control are of importance for standardizing clinicians＇ behavior in the choice of antibiotics.
