摘要
目的:观察硫酸镁和生理盐水联合湿热敷防治静脉补钾致静脉炎和减轻疼痛的效果。方法:将62例因妊娠剧吐需长期静脉补钾的孕妇分为观察组(31例)和对照组(31例)观察组采用硫酸镁和生理盐水联合湿敷,对照组采用常规护理心理干预。结果:观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:硫酸镁和生理盐水联合湿敷可有效防治静脉炎及减轻静脉补钾所致的疼痛。
Objective：The purpose of observation of magnesium sulfate and sodium chloride combined wet hot control phlebitis intravenous potassium and reduce pain.Methods：62 cases for hyperemesis Gravidarum need long-term intravenous potassium pregnant women divided into observation group（31 cases） and the control group（31 cases） observer group combination with magnesium sulfate and saline wet dressing,control group with conventional care psychological intervention.Results：Of group total effective higher than the control group（P0.05）.Conclusion：Magnesium sulfate and sodium chloride combined wet can effectively prevent phlebitis and reduce intravenous potassium-induced pain.
