孟鲁司特钠治疗小儿支气管哮喘30例 被引量:7

摘要 目的:探讨白三烯受体拮抗剂孟鲁司特钠治疗小儿支气管哮喘的疗效。方法:将60例哮喘患儿随机分为观察组和对照组,每组30例,对照组按常规进行糖皮质激素吸入等治疗,观察组在常规治疗基础上加孟鲁司特钠口服治疗。结果:观察组患儿的咳嗽消失时间、喘息消失时间、啰音消失时间和退热时间均较对照组明显缩短(P<0.05);观察组的治疗总有效率为93.3%,明显高于对照组(60.0%);观察组患儿肺功能的改善也显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:孟鲁司特钠治疗小儿支气管哮喘疗效确切,值得在临床上推广应用。
