摘要
2011年4月,从山东省莱阳市某猪场疑似猪传染性胸膜肺炎发病猪肺中分离到致病菌1株(LY株)。经形态、培养特性、生化特性、PCR等鉴定,LY株为猪胸膜肺炎放线杆菌。应用多糖抗原进行血清学定型试验,鉴定结果为APP2型。
In 2011 April,a strain（LY strain）was isolated from pig lung at swine farm in Laiyang city Shandong Province.LY strain belongs to Actinobacillus pleuropneumoniae identified by morphology,culture characteristics,biochemical characteristics and PCR test et al.Application of polysaccharide antigen by agar diffusion test,LY strain was identified as APP serotype 2.
