摘要
体育协会作为一种特殊的体育组织,在中国具有行政和市场两种职能,是典型的行政型市场化体育组织。对于这种行政型市场化体育组织,因职能的多元性,致使其监管异常复杂,常常受到来自于内部和外部两方的监管。因此,外部监管者、内部监督者和组织运营者3个行为主体构成了一个相互作用和影响的监管体系,该系统的运作呈现系统演化博弈规律。基于此,该文构建了行政型市场化体育组织内外监管系统演化博弈模型,并对模型进行了模拟分析,探究了其监管规律。
As a special sports organization,the sports associate has administrative and marketable function whose supervision is complicated,and often supervised by external and internal organizations.Therefore,external and in ternal supervision and administrative plus marketable organization forms a supervision system.The system runs with the mechanisms of systemic evolutionary game.Based on this,this paper builds a systemic evolutionary game model of external and internal supervision of administrative marketable sports organization,and analyzes its mechanisms by simulation.
