摘要
目的:观察温通针法治疗肺虚感寒型过敏性鼻炎的临床疗效。方法:将100例患者随机分为治疗组、对照组,每组50例。治疗组采用温通针法治疗,1次/d。对照组以鼻炎康治疗,4片/次,1次/d。2组均以10天为1个疗程,治疗1个疗程后评价疗效。结果:治疗组总有效率为98.00%,对照组为75.00%,2组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:温通针法治疗肺虚感寒型过敏性鼻炎临床疗效确切。
Objective： To observe clinical effect of ＂warming-promotion acupuncture＂ in treating allergic rhinitis of pulmonary deficiency invasion of cold type.Method： One hundred cases were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,50 cases each group.Treatment group were administered with ＂warming-promotion acupuncture＂ once each day.Control group were treated with BiYanKang tablets,four tablets each time,once each day.One course of treatment is ten days,to evaluate the effects after one course of treatment.Result： Total effective rate of treatment group war 98.00%,superior to 75.00% of control group with statistical meaning（P0.05）.Conclusion： ＂warming-promotion acupuncture＂ has definite effects in treating allergic rhinitis of pulmonary deficiency invasion of cold.
