摘要
通过对"供水水源优化配置与调度方案"的专题研究,确定长春市在不同来水保证率情况下不同水平年供水最佳配置方案,为实现长春市的经济和社会发展,保证长春市人民的生活和工业的正常生产,实现水资源的可持续利用,提供技术支撑。
This paper studies ＂source of water supply optimal allocation and scheduling programs＂, to determine optimal configu- ration program of different levels of water supply in case of the different water runoff rate, to ensure the economic and social de- velopment in Changchun City, to ensure that the Changchun municipal people＇s the normal production of domestic and industrial, to achieve the sustainable use of water resources, provide technical support.
