摘要
根据南水北调东线一期工程邳州站建设的需要,在该站进出水流道优化水力设计研究的基础上,对前置竖井式贯流泵装置进行了泵装置模型试验研究。结果表明,经过优化水力设计的前置竖井式贯流泵装置试验方案SJGL—2010-01和SJGL—2010-02的主要工况点泵装置效率分别超过了82%和83%,泵装置临界空化余量NPSHc均优于5m;前置竖井式贯流泵装置不仅具有投资较少、结构较简单、安装维护方便等优点,而且水力性能优异,在低扬程泵站具有十分广阔的应用前景。
In order to verify hydraulic performance of the pit tubular pump system and further increase the design level for low head pumping station in our country,according to the construction requirements of Pizhou pumping station of the Eastern Route of South-to-North Water Diversion Project,and based on the optimum hydraulic design for the inlet and outlet conduit of the station,model test study on the front positioned pit tubular pump system has been completed.The research results reveal that the pump system efficiency of the scheme SJGL—2010-01 and SJGL—2010-02 exceeds 82% and 83% at the main operation points,respectively,and the NPSHc of both schemes are all lower than 5 m.This type of pump system has the advantages of the lower investment,the simpler structure,more convenient installation and maintenance.Furthermore,its hydraulic performance is also very excellent.So that it may be extensively applied to low head pumping stations.
