摘要
综述了食用菌遗传转化方法、启动子和选择标记,并分析了食用菌遗传转化研究中存在的问题与发展前景。
This paper reviews the methods,promoters and selectable markers used in the genetic transformation of edible fungi.Problems associated with,and future prospects of,genetic transformation of edible fungi are discussed.
