摘要
考察了在不同进水时期,超滤膜过滤涪江水时的膜阻力变化及组成情况。在冬季原水浊度较低时期,浓差极化阻力可忽略不计,超滤膜膜总阻力主要由膜自身阻力构成;而在夏季原水浊度较高时,膜阻力主要由沉积层阻力构成,此时浓差极化阻力增加明显,不能忽略。因此在夏季进水浊度较高时,应注意控制超滤膜的沉积层阻力和浓差极化阻力,前者可以通过增加物理清洗频率来降低,后者可通过曝气等手段加强水流的扰动,减少膜表面的浓差极化现象。
The paper aims to explore the changes in the membrane resistances and compositions while filtrating water samples from Fu River collecting in different periods. Results suggest , when the sample collected from winter and with low turbidity , total membranes are primarily constituted by the membrane resistance itself, resistance from concentration polarization is minimal and therefore can be neglibible. As for the summer storm water sample with high turbidity, the membrane resistance constitutes mainly by the cake layer resistance. The concentration polariza- tion resistance rises to a high level and therefore cannot be ignored. Consequently, both the cake layer resistance and concentration polarization resistance should be taken into consideration while treating summer stormwater. The former can be reduced by increasing physical cleaning, the latter can be reduced by strengthening the water flow disturbance .
