摘要
分析了当前房地产开发中在住宅建筑面积标准问题上的误区,通过对我国城市住宅建设的现状背景、住宅开发的市场与计划、土地资源条件、普通百姓状况的调查分析 。
There is a misunderstanding about the criterion of the urban residential built up area during the present real estate development. This paper analyses this misunderstanding, and puts forward a proposal of controlling the criterion of the urban residential built up area, by the investigation and the analysis of the present situation, the residential proverty market and plan,the condition of the land resource,and the state of the local population during the national urban residential construction.
