摘要
目的探讨不同浓度硝苯地平对血小板聚集功能(PAG)的影响。方法收集62名健康志愿者血浆,分别加入终浓度为0μmol/L、2.5μmol/L、5.0μmol/L、7.5μmol/L、10.0μmol/L的硝苯地平后行血小板聚集试验,观察不同浓度硝苯地平对血小板聚集的抑制率。结果加入0μmol/L,2.5μmol/L、5.0μmol/L、7.5μmol/L、10.0μmol/L的硝苯地平对血小板聚集的抑制率分别为0%、6.65%、10.68%、22.14%、18.20%。结论硝苯地平以浓度依赖的方式抑制血小板聚集,当浓度为7.5μmol/L时抑制率最高。
Objective To study the effect of different doses of nifedipine on platelet aggregation function(PAG).Methods A total of 62 plasma samples were collected from healthy volunteers and then each PAG inhibition ratio was measured after exposed to different doses of nifedipine(0μmol/L,2.5μmol/L,5.0μmol/L,7.5μmol/L,10.0μmol/L).Results The corresponding PAG inhibition ratios were 0%,6.65%,10.68%,22.14% and 18.20% respectively for the five administration concentration of nifedipine.Conclusion The nifedipine inhibited platelet aggregation in a dose-dependent manner,and the maximal inhibition ratio appeared when the concentration of nifedipine reached 7.5μmol/L.
