摘要
分析了土地与乡村景观的概念与关系,在此基础上,以灾后绵竹棚花村土地利用规划为例,介绍了棚花村的土地利用现状,解析了棚花村土地利用规划的指导思想和规划布局,提出了具体的规划方法。强调应保障安全,集约建设用地;调整土地用途和格局,丰富乡村田园美景;重塑年画之村,再现川西林盘风光。以期优化土地利用格局,完善地块形态,合理配置用地类型,实现乡村景观的可持续发展。
Concept of rural landscape and its relationship with the land was introduced. Current land use planning of Penghua Village in Mi- anzhu County was investigated, guiding concepts and planning layouts of its land use planning elaborated, and concrete planning methods pro- posed as ＂security on the top priority, intensive utilization of construction land ; adjustment of land uses and patterns, enriching rural idyllic scenery ; rebuilding the former picturesque village on calendar and reproducing the Linpan image of west Sicbuan＂. It was to optimize its land use layouts, improve the land use shapes, dispose land use types reasonably, and realize the sustainable development of rural landscapes.
