摘要
梭式止回阀作为管道非能动技术的关键组成部分,可以在无人力或外加动力驱动下自动实现管道系统的安全保障作用,可以有效地降低输流管道中意外事故的发生。围绕大口径梭式止回阀的流固耦合性能数值分析展开,以ADINA软件为平台,建立梭式止回阀的流固耦合有限元模型,对管道流场进行动态分析,给出了数值模拟计算数据。根据分析结果,对梭式止回阀的结构设计提出了优化方案,使梭式止回阀在管道流体中的运动流场更趋于平稳,从而有利于提高梭式止回阀的使用寿命及安全性。
Shuttle type check valve is the most important part of piping inactive technology,which can automatically achieve the security of pipeline system by no human or external driving and reduce effectively accidents occurrence in fluid conveying pipeline.It focus on large diameter shuttle type check valve on fluid-solid coupling numerical analysis.By relying on ADINA software,fluid-solid coupling finite element model of the shuttle type check valve can be established,and then dynamic analysis for the flow field of pipeline will be done to give computational data for numerical simulation.According to the results of analysis,an optimized scheme for structure design of the s shuttle type check valve will be provided,which makes the moving flow field of s shuttle type check valve in the pipeline tend to be more stable with service life and security being improved.
