摘要
设计了一种全数字控制的有源电力滤波器,大幅度提高了采样和控制精度。控制系统使用了两片DSP芯片TMS320F2812,一片用于采样、运算和PWM调制,另一片用于电能质量监控和人机交互,耦合程度低,降低了对通信速率的要求。数据采集子系统使用了一片高精度的16位AD转化器AD7656,提供了6路双极性的高速同步采样通道,用作电流和电压信号采样,保证了采样的准确性和实时性。电能质量监控子系统使用了一片专用的电能测量芯片ADE7878,提供基波和谐波的有功功率、无功功率等信息。实验表明,方案具有良好的控制精度和响应速度。
A digital control system of Active Power Filter with high sampling and controlling precision is proposed. Two chips of TMS320F2812 are used in the system. One is for sampling, computing and PWM modulation. The other is for power quality monitoring and human machine interface. They are designed to have low coupling with each other thus require low communication speed. The data acquisition subsystem uses one piece of AD7656, offering 6 channels of synchronous AD converter. The power quality monitoring subsystem uses a power measuring chip ADE7878, providing active and reactive power information of fundamental and harmonic wave. Experiments show that this system has improved precision and response time.
