摘要
探索了灰树花深层发酵与多糖提取的工艺 ,并对海藻糖与多糖产生的规律进行了研究。结果表明 ,以土豆 6 %、麸皮浸汁 2 %、葡萄糖 1%为培养基 ,在 2 5℃下培养为灰树花适宜的培养条件 ;灰树花多糖提取的最佳工艺参数是 :加水倍数 2 5,醇沉浓度 90 % ;海藻糖累积于快速生长期之后的稳定期 ,用 37 5℃处理灰树花菌丝体可获较高的产量 ;灰树花胞内多糖含量与海藻糖含量同时在稳定期达到最大值。
Technologies of the submerged fermentation of Grifola frondosa and extracting polysaccharide, and the regulation of producing trehalose and polysaccharide were studied The results showed that the adequate cultural conditions were :taking potato 6%, wheat bran 2%, glucose 1% as medium and the cultural temperature being 25℃; the optimum conditions of extracting polysaccharide from Grifola frondosa were: diluted 25 times, the concentration of alcohol as sedimenting medium being 90% The results also showed that the trehalose could be accumulated in the stability phase after growth phase and the trehalose with higher productivity could be acquired by treating Grifola frondosa at 37 5 ℃ The peaks of producing polysaccharide and trehalose concurrently appeared in the stability phase
