上向水平扇形进路采矿方法的研究及应用 被引量:4

摘要 望儿山矿区浅部由于受主观条件限制,无法实现铲运机进路回采。矿区内I-2号矿体破碎,回采效率低。经过多次采矿方法优化,并结合已有工程,研究应用了"上向水平扇形进路电耙出矿"回采模式,采用局部超强支护,胶结接顶充填,一举解决了进路回采二次倒运及暴露空间大、易塌方等回采难题。该工艺在实际应用过程中,首先,需尽量预留一条进路回采空区,作为其他进路充填后淤泥清理空间,减少清泥劳动强度;采用二步采进路封闭,以防止大量漏浆现象出现;并且采取预留矿柱等方式保证顶帮安全。该采矿方法提高了单采场生产效率,满足了扩产要求,具有较大的推广应用价值。 The shallow of Wangershan mining is limited by a subjective condition,cannot achieve access recovery with scrapers.Because of the No.I-2 orebody broken,the mining efficiency is low.After many mining method optimization,and based on the existing projects,studied and applied "the upward horizontal fan drift mining method" recovery mode.Using local super strong support and taking cementation top filling to solve the difficulties of second access recovery milestones and mining exposure space and landslides mining.This process in practice,first of all,reserving a way back into the mined-out area as far as possible,which is for the other path to reduce the labor intensity of mud after filling silt cleaning space.Furthermore,adopting two steps of the closed road to prevent leakage of slurry phenomenon.And taking the tiberium spikes,etc to ensure top safety.This method can improve the production efficiency and meet the requirements expansion.The mining technique has large application value.
