Synthesis of Nanocrystalline β-Zeolite

摘要 纳米沸石作为沸石的主要发展趋势之一,近年来得到了长足发展。沸石纳米化后,由于外表面增大、表面能增高、孔道缩短、外露孔口增多以及外表面酸位数量增加,使其拥有了一系列特殊的优异性能,因此将在工业上得到广泛应用。系统地研究了投料Na2O/Al2O3、SiO2/Al2O3、(TEA)2O/Al2O3以及不同晶化温度对合成β沸石的影响,选择合适的合成条件,合成出纳米β沸石。 Nano-zeolite is one of main development directions of zeolite and has already gained a huge progress in past years.After the nanocrystallization,nano-zeolite has a series of specially excellent properties because its exterior surface enlarges,superficial energy heightens,hole path shortens,exposure hole mouth number increases and the number of the acid spots on the exterior surface increases,so it will broadly be used in industry.In this paper,effects of ratios of Na2O/Al2O3,SiO2/Al2O3,(TEA)2O/Al2O3,and crystallization temperature on synthesis ofβ-zeolite were investigated.The proper synthesis conditions were determined,and nanocrystalline β-zeolite was synthesized under above conditions.
