摘要
风险投资是推动技术创新、经济增长的重要因素。风险投资从筹资、投资和退出都具有显著的空间规律。梳理了风险投资空间分布、空间决策和空间效果等方面的最新研究动态,并对进一步开展风险投资空间行为研究进行了展望,提出了目前我国开展风险投资空间行为研究需要突破的重点。
Venture Capital is the important element for technical innovation and economic growth. There have some remarkable spatial laws in the progress of its financing, investment and exits. This paper combed the latest research progress and prospect in its spatial location, spatial decision and spatial effect in the world. In this paper, we also put forward some advice to the research on the spatial behavior of venture capital in China.
