摘要
对高强度预应力钢棒生产线中的加热线圈-钢棒进行了数值模拟计算,分析了加热线圈的形状结构参数中以及影响加热线圈-钢棒系统电气参数的主要因素及规律,并提出了感应加热线圈结构参数计算机辅助设计的方法和流程。
The numerical simulation of the eddy current and the electromagnetic fields of the induction coil system for the PC steel bar processing line was carried out.The fundamental factors and roles that affecting the electrical parameters of induction coils system were analyzed,and the computer aided design of methods and processes of the structural parameters of the heating coils were put forward.
